Workout History
See at a glance your workout history. You can see the location and date of your workout as well as a short note on the workout. From here you can create and delete workouts. Touching the workout will show you the details of that workout. A typical workflow would be to create a new workout when you arrive at your climbing destination, then for each climb you do, add a new climb to that workout. Finally, when done, add some notes to the workout.
Workout Details
Each workout has a date and location where it takes place. You can choose the location from a list of preset locations, or make a new location on the fly. You can enter some notes to help you remember the workout. On some days you will be tired or sore and have a light workout, and on some days you will feel energized, so note that down. List each climb you do and what the result was on that climb and any relevant notes.
Climb Details
Each time you do a new climb at a location you will enter it here. If your climbing area has named climbs, then you can choose the route you climbed from the routes list, or add the route if you have not yet put it into that list. If you climb in the gym with no route names, then you can just choose "unnamed". You can also enter the results of your climb like on sight, red point etc.
Route Details
From the list of routes, you can edit a route's details. Here you can change the name of a route, its rating and add some notes. Each route in a crag can use a different rating system. Good for bouldering routes that are at the crag.
Routes
Each climbing location can have an optional list of routes. When you climb a route that has a name, you can enter it in this list. The next time you do that climb, just choose it from the list.
Ratings
For each climb you do, you can now choose from these rating systems: YDS, French, Bouldering, British, UIAA, and Australian. When you choose a new rating system, the possible grades in the selector is automatically updated to reflect that system. The closest matching grade will be chosen for you.
